Summary
"Based on victimisation surveys carried out on university campuses in the city of Marseille (France), this article reveals the nature of delinquency and incivility as perceived and experienced by students, showing that they differ according to the urban location of these particular educational spaces. The results of the survey not only shed light on the prevalence of victimisation and the profile of victims, but also provide a measure of the feeling of insecurity in an institution that caters for a significant proportion of young people. This article proposes to fill a scientific gap in our knowledge of the student world, at a time when questions of security in these public places are the subject of much debate.
