Conference
As part of the PROTEUS projectWith the support of the A*Midex foundation and the SoMuM institute, the MESOPOLHIS laboratory is organising a series of conferences on the future as seen through the eyes of the human and social sciences.
This session looks at how different participatory practices based on imagination and fiction can enable us to anticipate possible futures. We will welcome Juliette Grossmann (Université Paris 1 and Réseau Université de la Pluralité) and Pierre-Antoine Marti (EHESS and Futuribles), who will offer a critical look at these issues, based on their research and experience in foresight.
12 April 2024 at 2pm, room C109 SoMuM, MMSH
Juliette Grossmann is a doctoral student in philosophy at the University of Paris 1. Her thesis focuses on collective and creative foresight methods. She is also director of the foresight project at the Réseau Université de la Pluralité.
Pierre-Antoine Marti is director of studies at Futuribles, and a doctoral student in history at EHESS. His thesis focuses on representations of the future in futuristic literature.
