Presentation of our study days:Dedicated to the study of the collaborators of trade union and employer management, their profile, their role and their working conditions, these study days are organised around a dual objective. The first is to explore what a little-explored approach to the entourages of trade union and employer elites can contribute to our understanding of the dynamics of their professionalisation and the ways in which the policies they implement are produced. At the same time, this field of research makes it possible to extend the questions raised by the sociology of work and political collaborators on the circulation of economic and political elites, the ways in which political work is organised and divided, and the dilemmas generated by the development of salaried employment in militant organisations.
