"Crime stories widely reported in the media and on networks
From social violence to street demonstrations, and all forms of insult and harassment, our society is saturated with the use of the word "violence". No territory, no profession, no social scene seems to escape it. In public debate, "violence" is generally used in the singular and has no precise predetermined content. This is because it is not a category for analysis, but a moral category. More than a qualification of facts, it is in reality a disqualification of facts. Violence is something we condemn. What's more, it's something we're worried about: "the increase in violence".
