Personal data concerning :

1. Users of and visitors to the UMR MESOPOLHIS website

Personal data may be collected by Mesopolhis as part of the process of establishing contact with the unit's staff, through contact forms or requests for scientific affiliations and partnerships. This data includes your surname, first name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, town and project. By providing this information, you expressly agree to it being processed by the site owner. The legal basis for processing (RGDP: article 6 - Lawfulness of processing) is consent. The recipients of the data are: the unit's departments/members, via the "Contact" and "Join us" pages.

 

2. Members and partners of UMR MESOPOLHIS

Personal data for the list of UMR Mesopolhis members or their personal pages such as: surname, first name, e-mail address, organisation, professional address, professional telephone number, status, position and passport photo may be collected by the website administrators and contributors or displayed from other sites.

 

In both cases (1 and 2) no data is transferred outside the European Union.

 

Data retention period

* After 1 year of inactivity, personal data is deleted under the right to be forgotten;

* A maximum of five years for authenticated contributors who are no longer part of the unit's staff.

In accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, in particular Act No. 78-17 of 6 January, as amended, relating to data processing, files and individual liberties and European Regulation No. 2016/679/EU of 27 April 2016 (applicable since 25 May 2018), you have the following rights:

 

Option 1 - Update or delete your data by logging into your web account and configuring its settings;

Option 2 - Exercise your right of access to your personal data; - Ask for your data to be updated if it is inaccurate;

- Request the portability or deletion of your data; - Request the deletion of your account; - Request the restriction of the processing of your data; - Object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your data; - Withdraw your consent to the processing of your data.

 

You can exercise these rights by contacting the CNRS Data Protection Officer (DPD), or directly the management of UMR 7064 MESOPOLHIS. The person responsible for processing the information is the director of the unit (see legal notice).
