His research focuses on the use of participatory mechanisms in political competition between opposition and power in authoritarian contexts. His areas of research include participatory democracy, the circulation of public policy, political regimes, citizen participation, social movements and political movements. He has taught at the Université Jean Monnet, the Université Lyon 2 and Sciences Po Grenoble.
