Researcher on a CIFRE contract with the Société Publique des Ecoles Marseillaises (SPEM). As well as playing an active part in organising the consultations conducted by the SPEM as part of the Schools Plan, I am conducting research into the creation and management of a local public policy that is unprecedented in terms of both its financial scale and its governance, which is shared with the State.
