We will be welcoming Arthur BangaD. in the history of international relations from Houphouët-Boigny University and in military history from the Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes at the Sorbonne, and is a researcher at IRSEM.
He will be speaking on the following topic: "African armies from yesterday to tomorrow: the challenges of defence tools in Africa".
