The conference Faced with inequalities, reinterpreting social science tools will be held at University of Liège, Belgium, Over two days in January 2026, the 27 and 28 January. It is organised by the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Liège and the Association internationale des sociologues de langue française (its International Bureau and Research Committees 34 «Intervention et politiques sociales» and 41 «Théories critiques, sociologies critiques»), the Institut de Recherche en Sciences Sociales and the Maison des Sciences de l'Homme of the University of Liège.
