For this session, Axis 2: "Migration, mobility and movement". is delighted to welcome Dorota Dakowska, Professor of Political Science at Sciences Po Aix (MESOPOLHIS), who will be speaking on the following topic: «Analysing the exile and reception of Ukrainian academics: France, Poland and Lithuania».».

Ce sera l’occasion d’échanger autour de son récent article paru dans la revue French ethnology, « Fuir et écrire. Le monde académique ukrainien en exil », et d’en savoir davantage sur les programmes en cours ANR EXILEST et  AMIPOL (PHC POLONIUM) auxquels Dorota participe.

Dorota Dakowska is interested in the consequences of the war in Ukraine, particularly in terms of exile. Her publications have also focused on the intermediary players in German foreign policy, democratisation in Central and Eastern Europe and the reshaping of political competition in the context of the enlargement of the European Union, and the borderline between democracy and authoritarianism.
