Presentation of the second issue:

This second issue of Change in the Mediterranean explores the transformations of Mediterranean agricultural areas through the emblematic triad of wheat, vines and olives. These crops provide relevant entry points for examining the changes in agricultural practices and the collective representations associated with these products, taking into account the land, economic and symbolic issues involved. Through a cross-analysis of different spatial and temporal scales, the articles explore the shifting links between territory and society, in which these products play the role of witnesses to changes in the Mediterranean rural world.
