Lionel Arnaud, 2021<\/nav><h2>\n\t\tLa politique des tambours \u00a0\u00a0\n\t<\/h2>\n<h3>\n\t\tCultures populaires et contestations postcoloniales en Martinique<br \/>par Lionel Arnaud, 2021\n\t<\/h3>\n\t<h3><strong>R\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\nLe b\u00e8l\u00e8, le danmy\u00e9 et la kalennda sont des danses et des musiques h\u00e9rit\u00e9es de l&rsquo;Afrique noire, de l&rsquo;influence europ\u00e9enne et des contraintes du syst\u00e8me esclavagiste qui font l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;une attention renouvel\u00e9e en Martinique. Associations et militants y entreprennent de faire passer ces pratiques du statut de \u00ab folklores \u00bb m\u00e9pris\u00e9s \u00e0 celui d&rsquo;instruments de reconnaissance politique, sociale et culturelle. Depuis plus d&rsquo;un demi-si\u00e8cle, les habitants de \u00ab B\u00f4 Kannal \u00bb, l&rsquo;un des quartiers les plus d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s de Fort-de-France, ont ouvert cette voie en faisant du carnaval un instrument de visibilisation, de promotion et de r\u00e9invention culturelles. Mais comment comprendre qu&rsquo;un groupe apparemment d\u00e9muni et constitu\u00e9 d&rsquo;individus au statut pr\u00e9caire soit parvenu \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une mobilisation culturelle longue et intense, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cart des institutions ?<br \/>\nPour explorer les ressorts de cette \u00e9nigme, ce livre s&rsquo;appuie sur une \u00e9tude serr\u00e9e des acteurs et des pratiques de l&rsquo;association Tanbo B\u00f4 Kannal (TBK). De 2011 \u00e0 2018, Lionel Arnaud a observ\u00e9 de l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur les moyens concrets mobilis\u00e9s par les membres de TBK pour r\u00e9sister \u00e0 l&#8217;emprise culturelle de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dominante.
