Mobilising people, mobilising money<\/em>&nbsp;(Puf, 2011).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the book<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Coordinated by<strong>&nbsp;Sylvain A.
