We will be welcoming Arthur Banga<\/strong>D. in the history of international relations from Houphou\u00ebt-Boigny University and in military history from the Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes at the Sorbonne, and is a researcher at IRSEM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He will be speaking on the following topic: \"African armies from yesterday to tomorrow: the challenges of defence tools in Africa\".<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
