Summary <\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim of this study day is to explore the issue of work within high-risk industrial organisations. Based on research carried out mainly in the energy sector, we are looking at the organisation and formalisation of experiences during the course of the activity: how is relevant information on the flow of production kept? Who are the guardians of the smooth running of the work (on what scale and with what resources)? What role do contracts play in these processes? To what extent are digital innovations changing the way things are done?
The various papers presented during the day will demonstrate the diversity of sociological approaches to this type of organisation, by inviting us to question the use of the terms \u00abknowledge\u00bb and \u00abskills\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
