Exp\u00e9riences et m\u00e9trologies citoyennes de la contamination\u00bb.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abRethinking pollution based on the experiences and metrologies of local residents\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Christelle Gramaglia (INRAE) will be presenting her work and her book&nbsp;<em>Living with industrial pollution. Experiences and&nbsp;<\/em><em>citizen metrology<\/em>, published in 2023 by Presses de l'\u00c9cole des Mines, Paris. Through a series of surveys conducted in the Gulf of Fos in France, as well as in Spain and Portugal, the author analyses the everyday experiences of people living near polluting factories. She looks at the social and ecological consequences of chronic contamination and the changes in practices that are supposed to contain them.
