What developments have occurred in this field of study? What readings of institutions does it lead to and what debate does it engage with the European civil service actors?&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To answer to these questions, the Colloquium will bring together a group of distinguished speakers from academia and the European institutions.
