Becoming a doctoral student
Doctoral training is a priority mission of the MESOPOLHIS laboratory.
Each year, MESOPOLHIS welcomes doctoral students who come to prepare their thesis under the supervision of a full member of the unit (university professor, CNRS research director, lecturer qualified to direct research).
La doctoral training is one of the fundamental missions of any laboratory with regard to doctoral students preparing their thesis under its auspices.
In addition to the research carried out as part of their dissertation project, the training of these young researchers includes active participation in workshops, seminars and training courses designed both to provide them with a scientific culture and to prepare them for careers in higher education and research (academic careers, study centres, R&D, consultancy and expertise, etc.).
From the start of the academic year, a "Discovery Trail" is offered to newly-arrived doctoral students to introduce them to the laboratory's facilities and resources.
